去年10月发邮件过去问申请的条件以及往年的一些情况，结果昨天晚上才回的邮件，我晕。。。正文如下

We are reviewing prospective PhD students and I encourage your to apply to our program. We will likely have funding available for about 3 students for fall 2011. While admission is highly competitive it appears that your prospects would be very good.

Please let me know if you are no longer interested in our program or if you initiate the application process.

刚才又看了一下，他们截止是3月1号，现在申还来得及。大家帮忙看看这是模板还是真的鼓励申请，谢谢！

另，祝今年申请的同学offer多多，在读的paper多多，新年快乐啊！

背景很一般，国内985硕士，overall 90/100左右吧，gmat720，托福很悲剧才90多。就是去年10月发邮件过去问托福要求是多少，90多能申请不之类的问题。然后对方回邮件问我要了CV，结果就是一直到昨天才回我的邮件。

刚才看了一下，memphis还要做wes啊，晕哦。这个能argue吗？

能进shortlist是什么概念啊？是不是说竞争就不那么激烈了or机会会大一点？谢谢。

Ph.D 应该不用做WES，成绩单他们会单独评审的。

你的GPA很强悍。很是羡慕。 GMAT也不错。

no matter it is a 模板 or not,
if u are interested in this school, just apply it.
It only costs you 50 bucks
