Is the measure of one of the interior angles of quadrilateral ABCD equal to 60 degrees?
(1) Two of the interior angles of ABCD are right angles.
(2) The degree measure of angle ABC is twice the degree measure of angleBCD.

the answer is C
按照（1）和（2）可以画出两个图形，如附件显示

If you combine 1) and 2), it has to be the top figure, not the bottom one. Hence, they are sufficient.
