应该不是。Uni. of Western of Ontario的小秘告诉我说，“TOEFL scores don't usually come to our Faculty of Graduate Studies （研究生院）one at a time.  Instead, ETS seems to collect all TOEFL requests over a two week period, compiles then on one list and sends a list to FGS twice a month.”

所以运气不好的话，ETS寄出的官方成绩要比寄给你的成绩还要慢些。
