小生以为选D：十年间的一年的NTR台节目收视状况违背了专家的总结，所以说规律并不是绝对的-->D。望指正...

D不合适，仔细看题，不是十年间都是黄金时段rating和晚间新闻收视率成反比，而是十年中的一年成反比而已！！
因为这一年的意外，所以推出专家给出的条件不是绝对，除了黄金时间的rating外，应该还有其它因素对晚间新闻收视率产生影响。
