1，The proportion of women among students enrolled in higher education programs has increased over the past decades.This is partly showned by the fact that in 1959, only 11 percent of the women between twenty and twenty-one were enrolled in college, while in 1981, 30 percent of the women between twenty and 21 were enrolled in college.

To evaluate the arguement above, it would be most useful to compare 1959 and 1981 with regard to which of the following characteristics?
答案是：The percentage of men between 20 and 21 who were enrolled in college.

这题我很不解啊，全篇讲的多是女的入学比例，评估的时候说要是评估所有女生的数量，还可以理解，但是为什么要评估男的？

What if suddenly all male between 20 and 21 refused to go to college or were forced to go to war?
