问一下凯捷(cap gemini)的情况

小弟一直对咨询这个行业比较有兴趣，但是心气一直太高，眼中总是盯着MCK,BCG这么几家TOP的firm,但是也知道要跻身其中的难度。机缘巧合之下最近收到了凯捷上海office的OFFER,position是金融服务方面的consultant,主做风险管理，在公司内部算起来是level2的样子（最低是level1)。对这块的咨询不是很了解，因此有几个问题想请问一下各位前辈
1。风控这方面在国内的前景如何？
2。听到一些关于凯捷的负面消息，请问一下他们家现在的reputation，待遇，发展潜力究竟如何呢（咨询这块）
3。如果我选择了这条道路，以后有机会进其它的TOP consulting么？或者说不做financial services而是换成business analyst
另附本人背景，本科全国TOP4里上海的其中一所，数学专业，GPA一般，目前就读美国TOP10的金融工程专业，还有半年毕业（如果加入凯捷则会申请休学延迟毕业,也方便将来回美国寻求转型）
以目前的情况来讲，也是放弃了一些顶尖投行和基金等公司的面试机会来考虑加入凯捷，关键还是真心的希望能进入咨询这个行业。希望大家能给我一些建议谢谢！

如果是顶尖投行和基金的话，不值得因为凯捷而放弃。CG还没有这个江湖地位

主要是稍微接触过一点投行的工作，自己实在是耐不下这个性子也没有这个体力去干16个小时/day，而基金的话觉得刚进去做分析员，接触面较窄，对interpersonal skill什么的培养并不是特别有利。而且这些公司也仅仅是进过FINAL，最后还是被刷了，拿OFFER估计是相当不靠谱的事，所以想以CAP G做自己职业的起点，一方面锻炼一下，一方面manager也答应我一年后可以让我选择离开回去念书~—~

1。风控这方面在国内的前景如何？ Very good. It is one of the very few areas where not fully developed. Many tier 1 and 2 banks (CMB, BOC, Postal, SHB) are investing heavily into RM.

Current CEO is on his way out with no mercy. The firm has recently lost 3 mega deals to IBM which has almost collapsed the firm's financial structure.

All in all, all jokes aside, the current FS leader in CG China isn't exact the brightest cat on the block, he is rather emotional and temperamental and often makes bad decision because "he feels like it". However, the RM leader is a gentleman and willing to help any new consultants to grow their career by offering various training opportunities and mentorship.
