不会做啊！

the weight of A's red ball is 17 precent higher than that of B's blue ball.
The number of A's red ball is 10 precent less than that of B's blue ball. The
weight of balls with the same color is the same. What precent of the number of
red ball is less than the number of blue ball

个人认为少条件：

题目：两个人A, B
1：重量：w：A的红色球比B的蓝色球重17％－－》A's Wred=1.17 B's Wblue
2: 数量：N: A的红色球数量比B的蓝色球数量少10％－－》Nred = 0.9 Nblue
求：红的数量是蓝的数量的百分比。
