第一句话是说Telephones整体在增加。后面说MI觉得这是个机会，所以决定扩大生产。

E的意思是（虽然整体上升），但是MI去年其实是下降了，行业的蓬勃不能保证MI的成功，所以MI扩大生产的决定可能是错的。
