商学院的phd仍然是一个research 的degree，而不是象mba那样，professional，我想知道，在

usa，商学院的phd毕业出来的，大部分是留在同样的商学院中做教职，还是出去职场工作的比较

多？

Usually Business phds don't stay in their school to teach, but work in other schools. As a phd student, you should expect to work as a professor and independant researcher, since that's the whole point of getting a phd in America.
