答案给了B，有点想不明白。
要削弱的结论是取消限制多猎 snow geese 可以让别的鸟生存更好。
B说的是猎鸟季每年消灭 snow geese 都足够快，不到预定时间就干掉了5%。不觉得构成削弱了，放开杀更多不是更好吗单就保护别的鸟这一方面来说。
不知是不是理解错了，请大伙指点

B说由于restriction导致hunting season提早结束已经是很多年前的事了
表示人们不再出于爱好而打猎了
所以就算取消restriction人们也不会hunt更多的snow geese

the scheduled date这样理解就对了，但为什么不能是预计应该结束的日期呢（估计10天能打完，结果5天就打完了）
