conclusion: # of TV B imports from V will increase

premises: 1) wage in V is lower than that in B
2) B dropped tariffs on V-made TV, sales didnt change
3) a drop in B's assembly line

assumption?

a drop in B's assembly line will directly contribute to the rising sales of V-made TV in B. underlying assumption is TV production in B remains unchanged.

C is correct. it says the time it takes B to assemble a TV doesnt decrease. if you negate it, the conclusion will be in question.
