12.10就二战了，之前的作文成绩才只是个fair~~~~~希望大家帮忙修改一下，尤其呼叫德克来骂我,呵呵,虐. It is well-known that education plays an essential role in present society. Parents hope their children can become an excellent people and have splendid future,
so they do not care to spend tremendous money on tuitions.
Parents send children to the best school and give them chance to attain the best education that parents never gained in the past.
Moreover,
a teacher's ability of instructing sufficient knowledge becomes an important standard to decide whether a school is good or not. Compares the ability to relate with the students,
the ability to teach sufficient knowledge is more crucial. Thereby,
I advocate the latter view,
meanwhile,
I will discuss it as follows.
Firstly,
teacher is a specific occupation,
they have the responsibility to teach student.
I can not deny when students face a charming and humorous teacher, they will have more passion to study.
It is human nature. However,
relating with the students just is a useful method that can stimulate students'
studying interests,
it is not the last destination.
Teacher instructs sufficient knowledge and encourages students' motivation,
which is the real purpose.
If teacher only pay attention to making friends with students, he or she will take few time to ready teaching-schedule.
After all, a teacher's time and energy are limited.
Teacher should focus on arranging lesson plans and steps,
especially update themselves knowledge system instantly.
In the information explosion society,
teacher's knowledge frame and fields need to keep the pace with the development.
Secondly, all the parents hope their children can success and have magnificent future,
so they are glad to pay tremendous money on tuitions.
Parents provide children the best school and education environment that they never gained in the past.
That phenomenon can also explain why so many students go abroad and try to attend famous schools where gather many outstanding teachers. An excellent teacher can instruct students practical skills and help them to get much more advantages in future competition.
As a reputed people ever said,
knowledge is a countless treasure store and teacher is the man who masters the key of the store.
Thus, for a teacher, significant knowledge is more important than the ability related with the students.
Finally, it is not deny that a charming teacher can improve the reputation of school in some condition, but in a long term, some professional teachers can really raise the student’s score. So, I would say, if you are a teacher,
please pay more attention to enlarging your knowledge field, if you are a student, please choose a resourceful teacher. |
