我的理解是
providing established firms with easier access to relevant management techniques and more job-specific experience, as well as substantial amounts of capital, gives those firms a greater opportunity to develop sound business foundations than does simply making general management experience and small amounts of capital available.是belief的具体内容
providing established firms 是gives 的主语大红色的三个部分并列，但是主语还是providing established firms
