这两道题有点类似，第一道似乎在哪里看到过，本人逻辑巨差无比，做题又慢，错误率又时常在一半左右，9.28一战，寻求解释！谢谢各位大牛！

答案：A ，但我觉得没一个对的，A里面pension提高之前靠孩子救济，那么pension提高之后应该自己负担的能力加强了啊，怎么还会增加在urban area的spending呢，真是悲剧。。。
