哦·对的··应该是OF 但是怎么做出来的呢····

我觉得是B,
当 0< x < 1 时,
2) 8x 是整数, 那说明 x至少是 0.125，没办法更小了, 所以十分位必定非零; --------B 充分

1) 16x是整数, x可能是1/16， 0< 1/16 < 1，且≈0.067，十分位可能是零; --------A 不充分
