NYU的MSRED项目背景询问

最近在忙申请，发现NYU除了MSRE,还有MSRED,之前并没有注意到。
请问Equn和其他前辈，NYU的MSRED的背景是怎样的？因为在下背景比较偏规划和设计，也想以后往development方向靠，那么NYU这个MSRED是否比MSRE更合适？(Equn我发给你PM了）

NYU的MSRED今年刚设立，因为院长是developer，有点switch重心。
如果你想往开发方向发展，那自然申请MSRED咯。

NYU的网站其实写得非常清楚了。两个项目的课程和区别，其实区别不大咧。也都是42学分。

I find that the real estate development program combines the knowledge of both development and construction. Is that most of the admitted applicants also obtain the background of construction like engineer, project manager or architect?

And how is the career prospect of real estate development within NYC compared with real estate investment program?
