其实学过经济学的人应该都有印象吧，一般公共物品举例的时候，老师也就说说什么水、公共牧场、空气。

偶觉得是因为空气是流动的~然后就算是北美的空气也会飘到我们这里的吧。。。呵呵~因此支持AIR
