The analysis on error options:
(1) the subject iswrong. For example, the passage says environment, but the option tellssomething about economic impact. Synonyms are out of this scope.
(2) the modifier iswrong. For example, the passage says that investment capital which results fromecoefficiency may be easily reinvested into ecoinefficiency industry, but the optiontells investment about global market. Remember that modifier can constrain thesubject, so if the modifier is different, then the subject is different too.Same meaning modifiers are out this scope.
(3) The subject andall modifier are right, but they can not answer the question asked.
