因为renaissance是复兴的意思，一件事物复兴，包含了2个假定：1.曾经辉煌过 2.辉煌后衰落否则无法称为复兴。
此题中a modest renaissance 意为“程度适中的复兴”，也就是说，此番Transnational cooperation amongcorporations 虽然没有曾经的鼎盛时期那么Common, 但毕竟是变得比低谷是更Common了，所以曾经的Transnational cooperation amongcorporations 既有比现在Common的时候，也有比现在衰落的时候。
