这题关键是区分consume和食用的关系消费并不等于食用因此你可以果断的排除BD 选项A的profits of wholesale 原文根本没有提到 C具体到1989而文中是一段时间所以排除只留下E了 E中你随便设个基数加上增量比例然后用total consumption/total fish= Per capita consumption 假设J城市原有10人 consume 10条鱼那就是1 Per capita consumption 然后变成16人 consume 14.5条鱼那就是 14.5/16 比1小就是lower啊
