研究了两小时，总算懂了。我觉得我先入为主的认为前面的一定是推断，后面的是结论。但实际上结论是前面的“those locations will not stay vacant for long."，因此我们削弱它，就是要说那些地点会一直空着(vacant）。 既然S店会抵制折扣店，那再C店之后几乎都是开的折扣店，结果就是会被S灭掉，因此，那些locations就会vacant.
