In my opinion, D, because twins are genetically identical, but one can have schizophrenia and the other is not. So
it is impossible to determine whether or not someone will develop schizophrenia based only on genetic information

因为第一句话说The brains of identical twins are genetically identical，但事实上其中一个是有disorder的，所以不能仅仅（alone）靠基因诊断
