Hello there, I was a 2008 fall MSF student at Bentley university and currently graduated.
I'm going back China on July 15th, but I've already paid for my rent for July and August, so I'm gonna sublease my room for August, and actually you can move in any day after July 15th.This room is in a 3-room house on the 2nd floor. walking distance to Waverley shuttle stop is 5 to 7 minutes. 550 per month, all utilities and internet included. the other two roommates are also girls from Bentley.
It's a great choice for settling after arriving, and if you like to stay, you can sign a longer term lease with the landlord.
