Now is the perfect time to buy a house in our city. Over the past five years, average home prices in our region have nearly doubled. But average stock prices in the national stock market have actually declined over the same period. 我觉得投资房产的人不会真的去住而是在乎价值。但是这话用英语怎么说？难道说people who invest in real estate focus on the value rather than the actual use of the house? it's hard to imagine that these investers actually move everytime they make a purchase to enjoy the use of the house? 感觉有点傻啊。。。。呃。。。想不出来怎么组织这个语言了。。。真是词穷。。。。请大家指点

我的思路是：国家的价值体现在很多方面，说一个比另一个更重要未免太极端。
诚然：科学和艺术的发展体现了一个国家在这两方面的成就。blabla。。卫星上天，基因技术，艺术成就还能提高人民整体素质啥啥的
但是：这不意味着商业区经济就不重要。商业generate出来的profit可以提高人民生活水平，进一步支持科学研究和艺术的发展。
