把老人收入来源分割成：政府补贴+孩子的补贴。换言之，子女给父母的补助是看情况定的，刚够用就为止了，所以政府补贴多，他们就补贴少，导致老年人的总体收入没有大的变化。

结论是针对strictest environmental regulations 来说的所以B无关
A之所以对，就是因为它经济好不是因为管制，而是由于其他原因。

你用argument的他因来想想就知道了。当然这个他因必定要和关键词有关的就是strictest environmental regulations

第二题可以当成削弱题来做，更好理解，严酷的环境政策对经济发展没有影响，则是他因在影响经济发展。。
