先介绍下自己：
211本科国贸专业，毕业时因同时纠结于出国保研等事宜错过了应届生求职黄金期，后误打误撞从事500强美国公司会计，但发现自己并不喜欢，单就财务看我也更喜欢分析方向而不是纯粹的做账。
最近收到猎头的电话并被告知有下个这个工作，自己个人打心眼里面喜欢，但是我不知道以我的背景能不能做？而且对金融IB这一块具体的工作内容很模糊。
据说那家公司是做外包的，专接国外IB的项目做，哪位好心的大NN能逐条帮我分析分析具体到时候的detail的工作涉及哪些知识与技能吗？事关小女子是否能成功转方向，望各位伸出援助之手啊....对了，我08年毕业的。

Job description may include:
1.Co-ordinates general queries arising from management, partners, clients and operations personnel
2.Adhere to financial, regulatory compliance & reputational norms laid out in the process.
3.Adherence to Daily Task lists, checklists and related process reporting
4.Cross train analysts on process queues
5.Function as a domain specialist to handle complex transactions
6.Be the first point of contact for all escalations
7.Understands the lifecycle of a equity trade, Equities & Fixed income Settlement and clearing
8.Understands knowledge of the following Equity trade support processes: Trade Capture, Cancel & Amend, Trade Confirmation Sending, Market Side Pre Matching, Currency Pre Matching
9.Provides information on the status/progress of exceptions and resulting actions to the Settlements team leader
10.Identifies and communicates problems and issues to the Settlements team leader and contributes to the solution
11.Resolves complex problems/tasks himself/herself or co-ordinates and advises staff (colleagues, management) involved in resolving them |
