文中的结论是让人们捕，问的是削弱，我猜他想要的答案应该就是不让人们捕吧

文中的结论是打猎限制导致了雪鹅数目的增加,
要反驳的话,逻辑就应该是,
之前有打猎限制的时候没有出现这种情况, 或者
没有打猎限制的时候也出现了这种情况,
选项B说的就是第一种的
