我是这么理解的，退休后去F的人少了---> F地的以退休工人为基础的产业减少--->F处此类产业不景气。D说总全国退休人数增加了。但这并不能推翻结论啊。不知道文章结论是否在说，这类产业在全国范围内不景气呢？可是如果这样的话，前面一大段话根本退不出这个结论啊

比例小，但是产业的基础没有变小，虽然到F的人减少，但是整个国家范围看是增加的，所以不一定会影响F的产业！
