GWD-10-Q30:GWD-2-17 整理出的思路综合外网的解释我觉得很对。
Thequality of unrefined olive oil is not actually defined in terms of acidity, yetextensive tests have shown that the less free oleic acid an unrefined olive oilcontains per liter, the higher its quality. The proportion of free oleic acid that an olive oil contains is anaccurate measure of the oil’s acidity.

If thestatements above are all true, which of the following conclusions is bestsupported by them?

选C：意思为，在ACIDITY上，如果一个UOO 在其他两个UOO 中间，那么在quality上也是
一个UOO 在其他两个UOO 中间。只有3个UOO 在一起才能看出 ACIDITY 和 QUALITY 的关系。他们的关系不知道但是肯定是有关系的

ACIDITY， FOO 和 Quality 只有后两个有关系，那么C给 ACIDITY 和 QUALITY 建立了关系，那么FOO 也就和 ACIDITY 有关系。
