1. What fractional part of the total surface area of cube C is red?

(1) Each of 3 faces of C is exactly 1/2 red.

(2) Ech of 3 faces of C is entirely white. 答案是C

2.Each person on a committee with 40 members voted for exactly one of 3 candidates, F, G, or H. Did Candidate F receive the most votes from the 40 votes cast?

(1) candidate F received 11 of the votes.
(2) candidate H received 14 of the votes 答案是A

1.问题：立方体C红色部分占表面积多少比例？
条件1:C中的3个面上有红色，且每个面红色占1/2
条件2:C中的3个面是全白色的
条件1和2单独看，都不能获知其他3个面是什么情况，只有联合起来看6个面着色情况才都清楚，能回答问题，因此C对

2.条件1:F只收到11张选票，意味着G.H会收到29张（平均数都大于11），无论怎么分配，F都不可能是最高票数的，因此可以回答问题！
条件2:H收到了14张选票，剩余两人会收到26张，此时F可能收到25,也可能收到1,所以说F收到是不是最多不能确定！不能回答问题！
因此选A
