为什么不选c呢。题中不是让解释该提议是ill conceived。难道a是想说这样的satellite太多了，炸不完？

答案：a  这个也不太明白，题中不是说milk的问题吗？干嘛要撤到花生呢？？这样不就等于说不是牛奶而是花生高的人生病了吗？
