314. a terminating decimal is a decimal formed by a finite number of nonzero digits. Whether c/d is a terminating decimal?
A. c is a factor of 60
B. d is a factor of 250

316. whether x+y can be divided by 35, what's the value of x?
A. the number divided by 5, the remainder is 1
B. the number divided by 7, the remainder is 3

条件1：不充分，比如d是11之类的数字，除出来的小数肯定不是finite number
条件2：250是5*5*5*2，一共8个因子，无论谁除以这八个因子都应该是有限小数。注意谁除2与5都应该可以除尽
所以我选B。
请NN们指正。

条件二如果这个因子是25也能除尽吗？

我觉得是的，所以得数都可以被2，5除后是有限小数，自然有且只有2、5为因子的数是可以除所有数后得到有限小数的。比如除4就像只是除了两次2而已
