The patient's argument is flawed because it fails to consider that

就这两个选项有问题，看了OG的解释，还是没搞懂，希望NN来帮忙解答下，答案在这两个选项中

E是答案，但我搞不清为什么D不对

我的思路是

physician说的是long-term side effect

patient说的是side effect

需要some time去连接它们。。。

我觉得关键店在于医生说的unknown side efferts和病人说的serious side effects上
