正确的选项是A，我想问一下，文章大概的结论是

IF 产品第一次就作对了，then delays or bottlenecks 能被消除，属于充分必要型，按照LAWYER的说法，用NOT +WEAKEN去削弱

谁能告诉我A选项该如何WEAKEN？是这样吗？some flaw in work on a poduct would not cause a bottle neck or delay and so the bottle or delay would not be prevented from occurring on a FC production line.
红色部分是我猜想的主语，因为文章中and后面没有主语，所以我猜应该是这个，不知道对不对，另外，这个取非的过程是在太模糊了，有清楚的朋友请帮帮忙~~~

可是这样貌似并没有削弱文章？大家帮帮忙。。。confusing....

FCT的作用是减少bottle neck和delay。它不仅能speed up production，还能保证质量，因为如果work is not done right the first time, bottle necks and delays就不能被消除。
A. work有缺陷(work is not done right)就会产生bottle neck和delay，并因而不会出现在FCT上(bottle neck and delay cannot be eliminated)，即原文所言。

我认为有两套主谓结构的最好不要用取非削弱，因为容易出错，还是把假设套进题目比较稳妥吧

额。。。。其实我也不想取非，但是还是想弄清楚and后面的主语是什么呢？我的猜想正确吗？

题目：文章关于质量的观点是建立在哪个有问题的前提上？

(A) any flaw in work on a product would cause a bottleneck or delay and so would be prevented from occurring on a "fast cycle" production line
跟文中最后一句相符。

(B) the strategy of "fast cycle time" would require fundamental rethinking of product design
文中没提“产品重新设计”。

(C) the primary goal of the organization is to produce a product of unexcelled quality, rather than to generate profits for stockholders
跟本文无关。

(D) "fast cycle time" could be achieved by shaving time off each of the component processes in a production cycle
光SHAVE TIME不行，因为生产环节上做错了这个"fast cycle time" 也没有用。

（E）"fast cycle time" is a concept in business strategy that has not yet been put into practice in a factory
有没有PUT INTO PRACTICE文中未提。跟质量观点也没有任何关系。
