想请教2题,多谢指教~

答案是B,我选E,选B是说明因为在高峰期,所以这个方法不一定能再提高出口量吗?

答案是D,我选A。我觉得A也可以说明问题呀。

B,如果生产到达极限,就算货币贬值,也不会带来什么效益。所以,政府如果了解B,就不会采取那个政客的建议。
E,提高生产效率很好,平均价格降低,提高国际市场竞争力,可以出口更多。但同时,并不妨碍货币贬值会带来更多更大的利益和好处。方法1可以提高出口,方法2也可以提高出口,为什么不两种办法都用呢?政府没有理由因为货币贬值可以带来更多的利益而否掉货币贬值。。。

车祸不是由车上的PASSENGERS造成的,主要是DRIVERS造成的。

(D) Drivers who had driven little or not at all before 1989 accounted for much of the increase in the total distance traveled by cars.
没有驾驶经验的人才是造成车祸数量上升的原因。

(A) The average number of passengers per car was higher in the years before unification than it was in the two years after.
思路1:车上的乘客多少和car occupants (汽车拥有者)的死亡率是无关比较,排除。
思路2:如果德国统一前后,车祸概率不变,那么车上人越多,死亡人数也应该越多,因此A选项与事实相反。排除
