我当时闷对的，因为我当时做的时候感觉没有一个答案正确，因此我仍然不是很清楚为何B正确，逻辑链是怎么样子的

我的逻辑链：雪鹅的数量会导致Arctic Bird的数量减少，而雪鹅又是猎人喜欢的猎物，因此有一个限定：雪鹅的数量减少超过5%的话狩猎就结束，结论：取消这个限定可以增加birds的数量，问削弱

选项B: 因为有了这个限定而导致狩猎时间提早结束的这个现象已经很多年了，这个和结论又有什么关系呢，麻烦哪一位可以帮忙解释下，谢谢NN啦

个人之见~
大概逻辑：SG使A减少，所以结论：取消hunt限制——减少SG——就会导致A上升。
A是限制的原因，无关
B说限制早取消了，所以现在再正式取消当然没用的啦
C每年hunt SG的数量都上升，不介意再捕多点。无关
D支持原文 breed in the Arctic and are displacing birds
E无关，我们在说hunt的事，不关天敌

这题让我捣鼓了半天以至于让我怀疑自己的智商。。

原文里面有个隐藏的assumption 就是--- 猎人是想捕猎goose的, 但是因为有限制所以捕猎不了，这也是为什么 drop这个restriction会达到减少goose

ACDE 很好排除这里最tricky 的就是对于B 选项这句话的理解

首先看一下一个例子
it has been 10 years since we last saw each other.
---距离我们上次相见已经过去十年了。（暗示最近几年都没有见过了）/ 没有人会翻译成---“我们已经相见了十年了。”

同样这里
It has been many years since the restriction led to the hunting season for snow geese being closed earlier than the scheduled date.
--->距离上次因为限制而提前结束已经过去很多年了--- （暗示最近都不会因为restrictions而提前结束了, 也就是restriction不再是一个原因了 i.e 比如猎人们都不愿意捕猎啊, 或者压根就捕不到原来的上限，去不去掉上限根本无所谓）
所以B 选项削弱了这个方案的有效性. 实施和没实施并没有啥样影响。
