关于BF题的一些小问题~~

正确答案是E，可是我选择的是A。。。。。就没有弄明白，为什么这两个黑体部分分别都是结论呢？

我是这样理解两句话的：由于计算机程序能更多的帮助计算工程中的数学问题，所以土木工程的课程可以更多地转向更重要的课题，这样看来，两个应该是前提结论的关系啊。。。怎么都不觉得会是两个结论？

看来看去，觉得AE好像都正确，实在是不知道怎么选择，大家帮帮我吧~~

这个黑体部分我没有看的太明白，能解释下吗？正确答案是B，我想问关于principle,fact,evidence这些概念的区别，每次都不知道该如何鉴定是哪一种？谢谢了
