比如 sony 现在要推出psp 2 但仓库里还一堆 psp 没卖出去,sony现在要是给psp 2打广告,小朋友就全等着psp2出来后再买,psp的存货就卖不出去

文意:PLEXIS公司是电脑芯片的龙头制造企业,现在正研制一种比现用芯片更快更有效的新芯片。新芯片12月后将投入市场。公司的市场调查显示如果现在做广告,公司将在芯片最初投入市场时获得最大收益,但是公司已经决定多等6个月再做广告。下列那项如果真是,最能支持公司对于新芯片的决定?

A,一些电脑用户不情愿购买新的电脑芯片,当它们刚上市时(错,与文意无关,一些电脑用户不管喜不喜欢刚上市的芯片都与公司延后6月做广告无关。因为调查已经确定现在做广告才能在刚上市时获得收益最大化)

B,广告花费所产生的刚上市时的最大化收益并不比以前广告投入的多。(错,广告费并不比以前多,那么就是可以做广告咯,削弱了公司的决定

C,为新芯片做广告会大大减少公司现在售卖的芯片的销售(对,从公司整体来看,后面的新芯片不应该减少当前旧芯片的销售。如果做了广告,现在的销售量就少了,利润也少了。支持了公司6个月后才做广告的决定)

任何一个商业计划,考虑其效益问题的是成本和收入.因此,很多有关商业计划的问题切入点都在,成本和收入上(包括利润,利润=收入-成本).具体到这个题目,实际上是给出一个看似矛盾的商业计划的解释.一开始就投放广告能使最初的销售 (initial sales) 最大化,但是P还是决定推迟作广告。要找出这个看似矛盾的计划的原因,就回归到P这个公司这么做的效益原因就好,如果这个原因能说出P这个计划能带来效益的提升自然就解释了矛盾。具体到这里是一个局部和全局的考虑,最初投放是局部利益(新芯片销售最大),但是P考量的全局利益。
