答案是A 但为什么不选B？

我能理解A的意思 说高价不能弥补低产

但是既然原文已经说了 equally profitable，原文忽略成本，也就是说 w产量*w价格 = s产量*s价格

w产量下降导致 w产量*w价格 < s产量*s价格

那么A选项higher这个词多余 即使去掉或者lower，A也是对的 （higher提示这是答案？）

A选项的作用为复述原文条件

B是原文基本假定 w和s不能都种

如果B不成立 那就w,s一起种了 有可能导致w + s > s

有人会说 w有可能亏本 造成w + s < s 但原文并未提及成本 选项A有可能造成w亏本，但不能作为已知条件

个人认为这题是加强题 加强最后一句的结论

由于原文已经可以推得 s > w 不需要选项A来重复条件

因此B阐述假定连接gap 要比复述原文条件的A好

不服 直接相关性未必可以解决所有题目 比如很多假定题 因此不认为可以作为排除依据

the question is aksing why?

so we have to give the most direct cause.

B has to do a lot of inference to get out the reason we want.

B is right or wrong, can't affect the question.

我对原文的结论理解有偏差

我把它理解为对农民的建议 并且假定建议应该是最优的 那就需要B作为假定了

如果最后一句仅仅是结论而不是建议的话 那选A 无异义

这里有个gmat里的常识，产量下降，价格会上涨。

所以产量下降，不一定退出w产量*w价格<S产量*s价格

因此只有当价格的上涨不足以弥补产量的下降造成的损失时上式成立。即如A所说。

见过这样的题 但一般都会说明这层关系

能给个不说明的例题么？

不过这里也应该不可以这样假定 原文仅仅是一个地名 没说是宏观经济
