因为：B报纸为州外公司所有，C报纸为州内公司所有
所以：C报纸更能反映州内人的心声
选项D是正确选项，但是这里我有一个疑问---如D选项所说，B报纸的总裁和员工都在州内生活了十年以上，从这一点能得出B报纸更反映州内人心声么？
报纸编辑和总裁在该州生活很长时间久一定能反映州内情况吗？我怎么觉得这个逻辑链很牵强啊。

文章要你refute，这不代表正确的选项反应最完美的逻辑关系，但是只要能建立相关的refute的关系就可以ile
A 广告无关
B 加强
C 读者住哪里无关
D 文章说DB是被一个外乡单位控制着，但是主编们都是住在GC很久的人，可以建立DB还是很关心GC的关系。未必完美，但是相对于其他4个，这个最好
E 公司成立时间长短无关
