uring an experiment, some water was removed from each of 6water tanks. If the standard deviation of the volumes of water in the tanks at the beginning of the experiment was 10gallons. What was the sd of the volumes of water in the ranks at the end of the experiment?

1)For each tank,30% of the volume of water that was in the tank at the beginning of the experiment was removed during the experiment.

2) The mean volume of water in the tanks at the end of the experiment was 63 gallons.

答案选A

像此类标准差问题已经困扰我很久了，到底应该怎么做呀？？请大家指点！谢谢啦～～

sd中项数,每项同时增加减少相同PENCENTAGE,SD也等比增加或减少这个percentage. --A可选

请问楼上这是为什么啊，标准差和这个有什么关系呢？我只知道a，b，c的标准差和a+1，b+1，c+1的标准差是一样的……这种题目到底是什么意思呢？

同意，就是同比增加或减少。。。从标准差的公式就可以看出来

这是标准差的公式，楼主可以自己算一算

标准差是方差开方后的结果(即方差的算术平方根)
假设这组数据的平均值是m
方差公式s^2=1/n[(x1-m)^2+(x2-m)^2+...+(xn-m)^2]
