OG10-123，如何区分assumption类型和must be ture类型

该题LAWYER定义为assumption类型，但是问题里有must be ture，并且是on the basis of the statement above。怎么能快速区分该题目是assumption类型而不是must be ture类型啊？因为只有用assumption的思路才能快速找出答案。请各位赐教~~

Premise: advance in quality->raise customer expectations.
