the answer is E,but both D and E seems reasonable,how to eliminate D?

现在想明白了，D只是说R公司unlikely to have higher cholesterol levels ，而不是说have much lower cholesterol levels

D ：R公司员工胆固醇不会比G公司高，所以有可能R公司员工胆固醇跟G公司的员工差不多高，还是有可能导致高额医疗费；

E：R公司员工在公司不会像G公司员工呆很长时间，所以即使胆固醇很高，长时间不治疗导致高额的治疗费也不会由R来承担，因为员工需要高额的治疗费时已经离开公司了。

我在哪里见过这题的答案是 C.

我觉得E有个瑕疵：

时间少，那么到底少多少？打个比方，这种病到第5年发作，G工作平均工作时间是10年，如果R平均工作时间是6年，那么照样发作。所以我倾向于D。
