我觉得LZ的想法反了。

如果要做到题目中的情况出现，那么一定是有新的餐馆在去年开了啊。

所以A一定对。A肯定包括这种情况啊。

你不能反着推理啊。题目又没有问  是不是过去两年开新餐馆了，一定会消费数量上升。
