请教一道数学jj

一个cone, 应该是底朝上, 尖冲下, 装了一部分水, 然后以2cm^3/h的速度向外滴水, 已知它的高是底宽的2倍(应该是说h=4r)吧, 问多久之后水可以漏完.
1)    the surface area of the water is 9pai.
2)    水面below the bottom of the cone(大意,我想应该是指它的底) is 4 cm.

这道题没答案，请问是选A吗？
