A说的是当前学生老师比和上次衰退时相比更高

第二题题目说RV fever的爆发是不规律的 疫苗长期使用很贵 而且注射一个月后才有效 所以没什么人用 E是说RV fever发生前的2到5个月 可以看到一种特定的气候现象 由此人们可以预计RV将要爆发的时间 所以就会开始大量使用

第一题：我理解A说当前比例高，即使比衰退时期，说明在衰退时期，同样多的学生，老师比现在多。如果法律规定这个比例不能再高了，那么老师就不应该再减少。。。

同学 上次的衰退是没有意义的 注意 题目说的是将要发生的衰退不会引起教师职位减少 法律也是just introduced 所以A是无关选项
