我查了下，increase from ... to... 是从。。。增加到。。。

          increase in its share of ... 份额上涨了

还有就是which ranges 的修饰对象是book market 而不是 its share

我是这么理解了。

可是答案选B,E里面country's不对吧~~

答案错了   应该是E。

E多么工整  多么好看啊
