Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Parents are the best teachers. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Views differ clearly when it comes to the issue of whether parents are the best teachers. On the one hand, some people assert that is true; on the other hand, others don't believe it. However, in the final judgment, I conclude that parents are the best teachers because of two reasons that parents have the most influence for kids and they never give up to turn their children in positive way. In the following paragraphs, I would like to present evidence to support my point of view.

The first argument that can be presented to develop my position is that parents who spend all time with their kids have the most influence when they are young. As an example, my mother quit her job to care of me when I was born. She always stay by my side and taught me what I had to know, such as to be honest, persistent, and kind. It shaped my personality in positive way. There is no better example than this to illustrate why parents are the best teachers.

In addition, there is another reason for me to consider this statement to be right. The reason is not hard to find parents never give up their children. To illustrate, consider a famous legend in my history. A man, whose name is Wei Li, killed three monsters in my country, but he was a rogue in childhood. His parents tried to turn his mind in positive way, so they kept moving to different counties. Finally, they found a peaceful and caring region and settled there. Because his parents never give up, Wei Li became a righteous man and helped our country against the dangerous monsters.

Of course, it may be true that people are always affected by their friends or colleagues in some conditions. However, this alone doesn't constitute a sufficient support to claim that parents aren't the best teachers.
                For instance, we will be influence if we always stay with our friends. Sometimes when our friends don't have good characteristics, we also turn in negative ways. But parents always want us to be positive. When the advantages and disadvantages are carefully compared, the most striking conclusion is obvious.

To sum up, given the reasons discussed above, which sometimes intertwine to form an organic whole and thus become more persuasive, we may safely arrive at the conclusion that parents are the best teachers.
