the answer is:

My question is:
既然custom replacements should last longer，那么不也就是说repeat surgery 会变少么？明摆得事实为什么要重复一遍呢？

当然不是一回事。future/ repeat surgeries are performed 不一定是因为bone replacement坏了，可能是因为肌肉需要一点点修复，关节需要一次次的手术调节....

anyways, the key is 你自己加入了additional assumptions
