请问主谓一致的问题(og11-73)

我想问的是，owning and living 后面为什么么跟is呢？

感觉这是两个不同的动作啊？

我开始没有注意到这个“is”，结果轻易的把E给排除了。至于为什么用is，我想应该是把owning and living看作一个整体来理解。

OG11-DT43题有这么一句话 "(judges and partners at major law firms) who are women"，在这里who就是修饰整个括号里面的内容的。
